Public Tenders Support Officer (internship contract for recent graduates)

Our research lines focus on the newly-discovered physical and chemical properties that arise from the behaviour of matter at the nanoscale. ICN2 has been awarded with the Severo Ochoa Center of Excellence distinction for three consecutive periods (2014-2018 and 2018-2022 and 2023-2026). ICN2 comprises 19 Research Groups, 7 Technical Development and Support Units and Facilities, and 2 Research Platforms, covering different areas of nanoscience and nanotechnology.
Job Title: Public Tenders Support Officer (internship contract for recent graduates)
Department: Technical Management Support Area
Main Tasks and responsibilities:
Support in the implementation software.
Draft the minutes for the Contracting Committees of ongoing files.
Manage the execution part of the files (both tender and minor ones)
Manage extensions (notices and formalization of extension documents)
Receipt minutes.
Registration in the Public Contracts Registry.
Manage the publication of tenders in the contractor profile.
Prepare the Profile template and publish (including minutes, reports, awards, extensions, etc.)
Set up digital envelopes
Call meetings
Maintenance of tender control document
Keep the physical and digital file of guarantees updates
Keep the digital file of extensions updated
Requirements:
- Education:
Degree in Law.
- Knowledge
Fluent in English and Catalan (Advanced Level)
- Professional Experience
Between 6 month and 1 year in a similar position.
- Personal Competences
Meticulous, multi-task capacity, proactivity
Summary of conditions:
- Full time work (37,5h/week)
- Contract Length:1 year (Must have graduated in the last 3 years)
- Location: Bellaterra (Barcelona)
- Salary will depend on qualifications and demonstrated experience.
- Support to the relocation issues.
- Life Insurance.
