Our research lines focus on the newly-discovered physical and chemical properties that arise from the behaviour of matter at the nanoscale. Job Title: Technician for TCN software technology

Research area or group: Theoretical and Computational Nanoscience

Description of Group/Project:

The TCN group is currently developing a new software technology based on the extensive use of Artificial Intelligence for materials design and engineering.

Main Tasks and responsibilities:

• Training to basics of AI tools & become familiar with TCN team and core TCN software technology
• Analysis of websites of companies involved in simulation and AI using ChatGPT (professional version)
• Liaison with external partner for setting up the website, logo, email service, visits cards, Linkedin, X accounts, etc) to promote TCN software technology
• Negotiate deal with external partners concerning dissemination activities of TCN software technology within all relevant events (Graphene, Quantum, AI4AM, MAM, I2DM, etc...)
• Attend all key international events and engage into marketing actions (such as presence in the booth and outreach actions, organize meetings agenda with potential customers, connect with other industrial representatives (exhibition area) and introduce TCN core technology principles, take pictures, write press releases to be further uploaded on the TCN website promoting the TCN software technology
• Marketing watch on similar software technology

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor in related fields. Knowledge of online management tools
• Knowledge and professional experience: Extended experience in providing customer services, with preferentially experienced in english speaking countries
• Personal Competences: Inmediate availability and high flexibility foroverseas trips (between 2 and three weeks a month possibly including week-ends). English speaking ability is mandatory

Summary of conditions:

• Full time work (37,5h/week)
• Contract Length: Temporary (6 months)
• Location: Bellaterra (Barcelona)
• Salary will depend on qualifications and demonstrated experience.
