Public Tenders Officer

Our research lines focus on the newly-discovered physical and chemical properties that arise from the behaviour of matter at the nanoscale. ICN2 has been awarded with the Severo Ochoa Center of Excellence distinction for three consecutive periods (2014-2018 and 2018-2022 and 2023-2026). ICN2 comprises 19 Research Groups, 7 Technical Development and Support Units and Facilities, and 2 Research Platforms, covering different areas of nanoscience and nanotechnology.
Job Title: Public Tenders Officer
Department: Technical Management Support Area
Main Tasks and responsibilities:
- Study and drafting of specifications and administrative files.
- Management of the contract file from the start of the purchasing need to the formalisation and execution of the contract.
- Attendance at tender committees.
- Drafting minutes and documents for requests for documentation, corrections and notifications.
- Management of contract renewals and terminations.
- Study, management and drafting of special appeals in the field of public procurement.
- Management of guarantees.
- Understanding and drafting legal texts and documents.
- Experience in managing electronic procurement platforms.
- Publication and reporting of files on official platforms.
- Study of Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts
- Public Law support
Requirements:
- Education:
Degree in Law and Master's degree in access to the legal profession.
Specific training in public procurement and/or administrative law.
- Knowledge
Fluent in English and Catalan (Advanced Level)
- Professional Experience
Between 1 or 2 years in a similar position.
Experience in research centre or public sector.
- Personal Competences
Meticulous, multi-task capacity, proactivity
Summary of conditions:
- Full time work (37,5h/week)
- Contract Length: Permanent.
- Location: Bellaterra (Barcelona)
- Salary will depend on qualifications and demonstrated experience.
- Support to the relocation issues.
